Terms
1. Invite-only beta
Pick is a free-to-play, invite-only beta prediction app operated by Mindstone Labs ("Pick", "we", "us"). Access is currently limited to private testers redeeming an invite code. The product is under active development and features, copy, scoring, leaderboards, and Pick Points balances may change, reset, or be removed at any time during the beta.
2. Pick Points (PP)
Pick Points ("PP") are an in-app score used for beta play, leaderboards, competitions and leagues. PP has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, gift cards or cryptocurrency, and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred. PP is not a security, token, or financial instrument.
3. Not gambling
Pick is free-to-play. We do not accept wagers, deposits, or stakes in fiat currency or crypto for in-app play. No real-money payouts, jackpots, or cash prizes are offered for Picks made inside the app. Pick is not a sportsbook, casino, exchange, or broker.
4. Your account
You must be 18+ to use Pick. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Don't impersonate others, scrape the service, abuse referral codes, automate Picks, or attempt to game leaderboards. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content & markets
Markets shown in Pick reference public events for entertainment. We make no guarantee about outcome accuracy or settlement timing. Market data may be delayed or incorrect. Use your judgement.
6. Changes
We may update these terms during the beta. Continued use of Pick means you accept the current version. If you don't agree, stop using the service.
